• Coordinated the first annual Tahoe GIS User Group meeting, connecting GIS professionals across the region
• Scripted the parcel update process in Python — reliable, repeatable, and now a core agency workflow
• Built a permit review web application using custom geoprocessing tools to intersect project boundaries with constraint layers
